All orders placed on this website are contracts between you and SHIV INTERNATIONAL. An order is confirmed only when SHIV INTERNATIONAL sends a written confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund processed by SHIV INTERNATIONAL.

All prices are set by SHIV INTERNATIONAL in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and collected by SHIV INTERNATIONAL on behalf of the delivery partner.

SHIV INTERNATIONAL accepts payments through the methods shown at checkout. By completing a payment, you authorize SHIV INTERNATIONAL to charge the applicable amount for your order, including product price, shipping and any taxes. All payment transactions are processed securely.

R'Standpro products are formulated, marketed and distributed by SHIV INTERNATIONAL for professional and personal hair-care use. Please read the label and patch-test before first use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of SHIV INTERNATIONAL for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute involving SHIV INTERNATIONAL will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
